Deepening Market Layout in the Middle East | Middle East Customer Delegation Visits Keshenglong Foshan Baosheng Base

A customer delegation from the Middle East visited the Foshan Baosheng production base of Keshenglong Group for an on-site inspection, further strengthening the foundation for overseas cooperation.
Visiting the Production Frontline to Explore Manufacturing Capabilities
The delegation toured the production workshop and assembly area, observing the manufacturing process and commissioning demonstration of Jumbo machines, Shinko open/close type servo machines, and Hexa vacuum transfer machines. Two machines were put on trial run:
1. HEXA-1228 flexo printer slotter die cutter with printing quality inspection system
2. HEXA-1224 flexo printer slotter die cutter with printing registration detection system, featuring automatic correction upon register deviation
The customers learned about equipment performance, automation configurations, and production efficiency. They discussed with our technical team topics covering print defect inspection, automatic register correction, inspection accuracy, correction response speed, and daily operation and maintenance. They gained a clearer understanding of how the equipment reduces manual intervention and stabilizes printing quality.

Baosheng Base: Core Manufacturing Hub and Showcase
Foshan Baosheng Printing Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is the core manufacturing base of Keshenglong Group, located in Gaoming, Foshan. It is a National High-Tech Enterprise with a modern factory covering over 100,000 m². The base specializes in high-end corrugated packaging machinery, including printers, slotters, die-cutters, and inline FFG. It is capable of assembling, testing, and delivering large intelligent corrugated equipment. It manufactures the Group’s main machine series, supporting domestic and overseas order fulfillment.
The delegation also toured the showroom inside the Baosheng office building. Through displays of corporate milestones, global sales network, partners, and honors, they gained an overview of the Group’s development and overseas layout. The exhibition hall displays finished corrugated carton samples produced by Keshenglong machines. The customers reviewed samples of various carton styles, printing effects, slotting, die-cutting, and inline forming. They exchanged views with our team on how printing quality and forming accuracy match machine configurations, to directly witness the processing performance in real production.
Continuously Deepening in the Middle East Market
Keshenglong products have been exported to Middle Eastern markets including Dubai, Iran, and Turkey. This visit serves as an on-site verification of Keshenglong’s manufacturing strength for the Middle East customers.
Moving forward, Keshenglong Group will leverage the production capacity and technical strengths of its three manufacturing bases in Osaka, Japan, Guangzhou, and Foshan Baosheng to further deepen its presence in the Middle East market.
